Your Wellness = Your Time to Shine. Through my experience of finding my own voice and learning to become my own advocate, I learned that there are different types of advocacy, and they can be applied to different areas of one’s life. The three I focus on are health and wellness, mental outlook and unleashing your voice.
Wellness is more than a gym membership or a shake. It’s a collective of moving every day, eating real foods, removing toxins from home, a positive mindset and being your biggest fan. As the flight attendant instructs passengers on a plane to put the mask on themselves before helping others, I teach how to truly be your own advocate so that you are well enough to help others.
